Accommodations for Passengers Who are Hard of Hearing, Deaf-Blind

In February 2006, the US DOT published the final proposal to include additional accommodations for air passengers who are deaf, hard of hearing, or deaf-blind.

AAPA urged for the harmonisation of such rules across jurisdictions within multilateral framework such as that of ICAO.
